NDIS Support for People Experiencing Homelessness
At Link Support Co,we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to live and the support to thrive. For individuals living with a disability who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, the NDIS can provide essential support to help improve their wellbeing, independence, and long-term stability.
How the NDIS Can Help
The NDIS recognises the complex needs of people with disability who are homeless. While it doesn't fund housing directly, it can fund supports that assist individuals to access housing and maintain stable living.
Our services focus on:
- Support Coordination to navigate housing services and NDIS plans
- Daily living assistance (e.g. hygiene, meals, budgeting)
- Help to find long-term accommodation through collaboration with housing providers
- Mental health and psychosocial supports
- Skill development for independent living
- Access to community, health, and legal services
Who We Support
We work with :

- Individuals in temporary or unstable housing
- People transitioning from crisis accommodation or institutions
