Youth Work Support under the NDIS
At Link Support Co, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that young people face. Our Youth Work services are designed to empower NDIS participants aged 12 to 25 with the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive in their communities and achieve their goals.
What is Youth Work in the NDIS?
Youth Work under the NDIS involves tailored support for young people living with disabilities. Our qualified Youth Workers build trusting relationships, provide mentorship, and help young individuals develop life skills, confidence, and independence.
How We Support Young People
Our Youth Workers assist with:
- Building social connections and engaging in community activities
- Mentoring and emotional support
- Goal setting and future planning
- Support with education and training pathways
- Help with daily living skills (e.g., budgeting, travel, time management)
- Creating safe spaces for self-expression and growth
Person-Centred Approach
We work closely with the participant, their families, and their support network to create a plan that aligns with their goals and NDIS funding. Every young person is different — our support reflects that.
Real Impact, Real Relationships
Our goal is to help young people feel heard, supported, and equipped to take on life’s challenges. Whether it's building friendships, finding a job, or learning to live independently, we’re here to walk alongside them every step of the way.
